- Step 02
Site survey
On larger jobs we'll visit to assess access, surface type and any sensitive landscaping. RAMS supplied for commercial sites.
- Step 03
Soft wash treatment
We apply a manufacturer-approved biocide that penetrates and kills algae, lichen and black spores at the root. No high pressure — your render's finish stays intact.
- Step 04
Gentle rinse
Once the biocide has done its work, we rinse with low-pressure equipment to flush the surface clean.
- Step 05
Self-cleaning finish
Your render continues to brighten over the following weeks as rainfall washes away the treated organic matter.
